Course Description: In this class, practitioners utilize the various tools and techniques of yoga to enhance physical and mental well-being as individuals grow older. One of the key objectives of this class is to cultivate and improve four essential life skills: strength, flexibility, balance, and agility.
Notes: Students must be able to sit on the floor and be able to get up from the floor.Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to set up. The door will close at 10:45.
Class Leader Bio(s): Melinda Roman is a E-CYT 200-hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching for 8+ years. She is also certified in Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga 4 Cancer and is a member of Yoga Alliance.
