CLL of Fort Walton Beach - Course Catalog & Registration

Course Description: The Bernie R. Lefebvre Aquatic Center offers activities such as swim lessons, competitive swimming, aquacise, lap swimming, water polo, and birthday parties. Lifeguards, pool operators, and managers supervise the facilities, which include showers and private changing rooms. CLL participants will attend a low-impact aerobics class in the shallow end, suitable for all fitness levels.

Class Leader Bio(s): Our seasoned Bernie Instructor, “Bunny” will provide a solid understanding of water aerobics principles, guiding attendees in improving their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility in a low-impact, aquatic environment. She will introduce us to water aerobics water exercise, covering the techniques, workout design and safety aspects vital for an effective and enjoyable fitness experience.

Notes: We will meet at Bernie R. Lefebvre Aquatic Center 1127 Hospital Drive Fort Walton Beach Swimsuit and towel needed to participate. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to register and sign-in.
