Class Leader Bio(s): J. Mark Fisher received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1984. He has limited his practice to the field of Estate Planning, Probate, Wills and Trusts, and Nursing Home Medicaid Planning for over 30 years and has been teaching classes at UWF for 27 years. J. Mark Fisher has offices in FWB, Pensacola, and Panama City.
