Course Description: LYBL is a class, an opportunity, and a journey. Learning how our mind and entire body work together to experience, feel, think and respond to all that comes our way, will enable us to create either a life of stress or a life of peace and harmony. Believe it or not, we are in control. This class and all you learn can put you back in the driver's seat.

Notes: A $5 fee is requested to cover materials provided, paid directly to the instructor at the first session.

Class Leader Bio(s): Debbie Feldman has been a teacher, therapist, and healer all her adult life. She has a Bachelor's in education, a Master' s in Clinical and Medical Social Work and training in the physical and energetic healing arts. She has been in practice for 35 years.

Live Your Best Life (LYBL) - Relationships

Course Description: LYBL - Relationships gives you the opportunity to learn and use an understanding of how our minds and our bodies work together to sense, interpret, respond to, and work with all life's experiences. This understanding, especially, gives you control over and affects your relationships of all kinds. You are invited to share and get help with specific issues. Confidentiality is required.

Course Description: Want to expand your social skills while having fun? This class will give you an opportunity to do that by learning new board and card games. Come join us and learn some new games, and get refreshed on old standards. 4-week class.

Notes: This is a 4-week class, meeting September 19, 26, October 3, 10.

Class Leader Bio(s): Karen Lauer is an experienced artist and CLL class leader. She loves to play games and introduced Wizard to the CLL community and camp conferences. Den Lauer is a retired Navy Flight Officer who sat around a lot so has years of experience playing games!

Introduction to Tai Chi

Course Description: In the Taoist tradition, a person's well-being depends on the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. This class will focus on helping students find balance and have fun while learning the first movements of the Taoist Tai Chi set.

Notes: This will be a 6-week class meeting September 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17, and 24. Students should wear shoes with flat soles and clothing in which you can move comfortably.

Class Leader Bio(s): Amy Weisberg has been practicing Tai Chi and other Taoist Arts for 26 years. She is certified by the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA to teach both beginners and those beyond the beginning level.

Yoga Soup Restorative

Course Description: This class will include all calming elements. Students will be encouraged to drop deeply inward to replenish the neural system. Relaxing postures combine with breath and unique opportunities to unwind the mind, as the body unfolds in this ancient healing practice.

Notes: Students must be able to sit on the floor and be able to get up from the floor.Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to set up. The door will close at 10:00.

Class Leader Bio(s): Melinda Roman is a E-CYT 200-hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching for 8+ years. She is also certified in Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga 4 Cancer and is a member of Yoga Alliance.
