Course Description: This course provides an overview of estate planning, probate issues, estate taxes, Medicaid planning, asset protection, and guardianship.
Class Leader Bio(s): J. Mark Fisher received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1984. He has limited his practice to the field of Estate Planning, Probate, Wills and Trusts, and Nursing Home Medicaid Planning for over 30 years and has been teaching classes at UWF for 29 years. J. Mark Fisher has offices in FWB, Pensacola, and Panama City.
Notes: There is a non-refundable $15 materials fee.

Course Description: This class will equip investors with information on investing through varying environments, information on specific investment types, specifics of investment planning and portfolio management, and discussion on markets, geopolitics, interest rates, inflation, currencies, and more. This is a 7-week class.

Heirs Notebook: A Guide Where to Find Everything
with Pat Guidry
Course Description: If you have put off compiling instructions for others to know where everything financial, family or household, this 4-week class starting February 4, is for you. There will be homework each week as we compile part of your “Heirs Notebook” but it will be personal and private that way.
Class Leader Bio(s): Pat Guidry is a retired Real Estate Broker and owner of her own company. Presently she is the CLL Treasurer and part of the Curriculum Committee.
Notes: This is a 4-week class meeting February 4, 11, 18 and 25. Class attendees should bring a simple 3-hole notebook, paper and pen to class to start.
